Pearl Fashions, Gurgaon

Joined as Director to set up a new manufacturing unit. It was one of the First Garment Unit at Udyog Vihar.
It was also one of the first units in North India which established the Assembly Line System
In-charge of controlling all activities like Marketing-Manufacturing-HRD.

Ashok Sanghi joined Century Textiles, Bangkok after completing MMS as Factory and Commercial Manager of the Textile Unit belonging to Birla's. It was a sick unit taken over by Birla's which was revamped into a profit making Unit. He was responsible for

Preparation of annual budget of the company
Preparation of capital requirements
Preparing daily Partha and communicate the same to the President and Shri. Aditya Birla.
Prepare plan of product mix for productivity and profitability
Undertake purchase of all raw materials and sale

Kamesh Sanghi is a specialist in the segments of Education and Aviation Training.
He has established more than 25 institutes, two universities and three flight training colleges.
He is currently the Director, Trine Consulting Group.
He is also operating as the CEO of Kushal Global Limited, authorized Project Management Consultant for the Ministry of Textiles in for establishing integrated Textile Parks.
He is also an advisor for several Education and Aviation Companies across India such as Jodhpur University, Shree Ram Group of Institutes, Shri Maharshi Dadhich Group of Institutes , Asian Academy of Aviation etc.
