1: What Was The Best Thing About Our Association?
Answer: : It’s not a onetime association with Sanghi Team. All details on Finances were taken Post which a solution was Provided by the Team. Previous Financial advisor was in touch only once for the First Transaction only where as Team Sanghi has been in regular Touch. Knowledge which Team Sanghi has is good on Financial Products. We googled but we couldn’t find Few Plans which were very good But Not Popular. We are very happy with Team Sanghi’s Overall Approach. My husband started his Association a year back & now I also have become a Part of Sanghi Family.
2: What Was Something You Have Been Not Been Happy About Our Associaton?
Answer: Team Sanghi’s follow up is Very Aggressive At times.
3: What Made You Buy From Us For The First Time?
Answer: Feedback from Soma Gupta Ji was very good who has been availing the Services of Team Sanghi Since 2012. Team Sanghi is very organised & Approach Was very Good. All details had been taken to provide a complete Financial Solution. It Was a Very good experience. Deepak (Spouse) also bought the right plans. We always had a fear of being sold for commission because didn’t have good experience in the past. The past experience was bad as they sold Plans & never try to keep up relationship with us. Team sanghi was very transparent. Given us time for us to decide on our investment.

Answer: Nothing as of Now. But I Must Appreciate Team Sanghi has been Prompt, Reminded whenever required, Kept us updated, nothing to improve as of now.
